Our nonprofit collaboration, in partnership with Cartelligent, a Bay Area car-buying service, is dedicated to making emission-free driving accessible to everyone. We’ve negotiated exclusive discounts on select electric vehicles (EVs), allowing you to purchase or lease at prices below market rates.
Vehicles Offered
For our Spring 2023 EV Discount campaign, we are pleased to offer the following three electric vehicles at great prices. Check out the vehicles and place your order by March 31st!
2023 BMW i4 eDrive35 EV
- Range: 256 miles
- Starting MSRP: $52,000 plus $995 destination charge
- Discount off MSRP: $1,500

2023 Hyundai Kona EV

2023 Volkswagen ID.4 Pro and Pro S (EV)
- Range: 275 miles
- Starting MSRP: $43,995 plus $1,295 destination charge
- Discount off MSRP: $1,500

- Federal tax credit: up to $7,500
- CA State Rebate (CVRP): $2,000

Financial Incentives
In addition to our discount, you may qualify for state and federal incentives up to $10,500 when you buy or lease an EV. About Our Partner, Cartelligent – Car Buying Service

- Cartelligent’s dedicated agent who serves as your advocate will walk you through the entire process including whether to buy or lease.
- No-contact signing and new car orientation. Pick up your vehicle at a Cartelligent location: Menlo Park, Sausalito, and Walnut Creek.
- Complimentary trade-in or lease return service.
Here’s how it works:
- Fill out the form below.
- Cartelligent will respond within 2-3 business days to help you configure your perfect car and review the pricing.
- Cartelligent will waive their service fee, typically $495, for its concierge car buying and leasing service for all vehicles purchased or ordered by March 31, 2023 through the EV Discount Campaign.
- There is no deposit required to order any vehicle.
- If you would like to buy or lease a different EV or PHEV, Cartelligent will offer a $100 discount on your service fee if you sign up through Ride and Drive Clean.
- Cartelligent will update you on the status of your order and let you know when the car arrives.
- You must pick up your car at a Cartelligent Bay Area location.
- Cartelligent’s team will provide a tutorial on your new car to help you understand its features.
